Day 128- Teriyaki Chicken Strips

007I really wanted to do Teriyaki chicken with rice but forgot the only rice we had was Italian rice for making risotto. Instead I just did the strips alone. Like an appetizer, sure.

The strips marinaded for almost three days, I think I accidentally cured them…

Oops.

They were still packed full of flavor and very tender. Next time I just wont marinate them for too long.

Very simple dish, marinate, put on grill, flip after five minutes and then serve.
