The other day Kurt and I bought several different proteins and a couple different marinades. Various ones got paired up and vacuum sealed. One of these was the Caribbean wings, marinaded and vacuum sealed for 48 hours.
After the coals were hot I took the wings out of the bag and placed them on the grill. I shut the lid and returned in ten minutes to flip. After another ten minutes they were done.
