Day One Hundred Nineteen: Steak and Eggs

Both delicious, but especially delicious together.

When I came through the door after work, a still sick Jenny muttered, “steak and eggs.”

Alright, then.

040I gave the steaks salt and freshly cracked pepper, then grilled them to medium rare.

041Normally we eat ribeyes, because they’re our favorite cut.

So, to switch things up, we cooked filets.

A couple eggs went into the cast iron skillet for a quick fry, and we were ready to eat.

Oh, and a little sauteed spinach for Jenny.
