Day 121- Marinaded Herb and White Wine Chicken
2January 24, 2013 by chicagogrilling365
This is my first day grilling in nearly a week, I’ve had quite a cold. The weather was almost perfect, warm, sunny and windy as hell! Can’t have it all in the middle of January.
Last night I put two split breast in separate vacuum sealed bags. One with lemon juice and thyme, the other a Herb and white wine marinade. Today I chose the herb and white wine one.
I want to grill the lemon and thyme chicken tomorrow, let the flavors soak in an extra day.
The coals were very easy to light today, mainly because last nights were still hot! Since I’ve been off grilling duty its looks like Kurt has not been on grill cleaning duty!
With the coals lit right away I tossed on the chicken, flipping every tens minutes until cooked.
A great and tasty low calorie lunch!
