Day One Hundred Seventeen: Crunchy Tacos

I loved taco night growing up.
I’m sure you all did as well.
You know, Tostino’s taco kits with the sauce and seasoning included.
Well, I still love that stuff, as does Jenny.
So we cooked a pound of ground beef in the cast iron skillet on the grill.
We chopped red onion, picked cilantro leaves, diced tomatoes and scattered Mexican shredded cheese.
I never get tired of these tacos.
Especially because they remind me of taco nights back home as a kid.
Not the most inventive thing we’ve done, but oh who cares?
