Yesterday I vacuum sealed a 6oz salmon filet with some rosemary and oil, very simple. Today I grilled it. This was another healthy meal to log in to My Fitness Pal app, so in love with it.
I am not being paid or anything by My Fitness Pal, I just think it’s great and maybe they should pay me.
I lit the coals while I talked to my mom on the phone, killing some time. Then slapped my salmon on the hot grill.
I had some fresh mozzarella and made a nice little salad using it.
After I took the salmon off I gave it a big squeeze of lemon and chowed down.
This filling lunch was only about 400 calories.
