Yesterday, while I was preparing day 113 I started on day 114. I used our new vacuum-sealing food saver to marinate a large split breast. I poured a garlic marinade in with one split breast, sucked out the air and sealed it.
I let it sit over night, about 20 hours.
The weather was much better than last night’s; no rain, and quite warm.
With this filling and healthy lunch clocking in at about 500 calories, I’m still on course!
