Day One Hundred and Ten: Snow Peas

It was a long day, I had already eaten, so I just wanted a small snack.
Snow peas are delicious.
You don’t want to cook them for too long, or they get mushy.
I still like mine crunchy.
So put them in the cast-iron with a bit of butter, salted them, and cooked for about two minutes.
Done and done.
