I met up with Kurt and Drew at Newport, a bar across the street from their work. They were seriously caught up in a game of Golden Tee. I made conversation between strokes.
After a couple of beers Kurt and I headed home to grill. Both of us were tired from traveling and put very little effort into this dish. I thawed out some chicken strips and marinaded them in a garlic salad dressing.
Kurt started the grill; we barely had enough coals to grill with.
It was, you know, a salad with chicken on it.
We both needed sleep.
