I’m sure you can all relate to the hectic hell that is the holiday season.
But more on that later.
Since we are dragging a bit, we’re going to make these posts short and sweet.
Easier for Jenny, than for me.
I like to ramble.
Instead of just telling you what I made for dinner, I like to chronicle my whole day.
I get it from my mom.
So yep, none of that long-winded-unrelated-to-the-blog-at-hand nonsen-dammit.
So before Jenny and I left for our hometowns for Christmas, we wanted to grill things we had in the fridge/freezer.
We had chicken tenderloins.
We had sandwich rolls.
I gave the chicken a simple rub with lemon pepper and salt, grilled them, sliced them, and put them on the sliced roll with mayo, mustard, Italian vinaigrette, tomato, spinach, and yellow pepper.
Unfortunately, really healthy too.
But maybe that’s your thing.
Congratulations. It’s not mine.
