Day 94- Lemon Garlic Salmon Salad

Today was a nice cold 28 degrees with a 30% chance of snow. Not my ideal grilling weather.
I bought a 6oz salmon at Whole Foods the other day to make a nice salmon salad. I have a lemon garlic dry rub that I had purchased recently for another fish dish.
I rubbed some on the top of the salmon and waited for the coals to get hot. I have lots of mixed greens to put the salmon on top of, this will make a nice healthy lunch.
While the salmon was on the grill I put a chunk of butter on top to melt into it. Love butter with my fish. Next I squeezed some lemon on it while it cooled. Then dressed the mixed greens with some balsamic vinaigrette and placed the salmon on top.
All done!
