In the microwave it gets a rubbery taste and in a pan I lose a lot of the juices. I thought I’d give it a try in the cast iron skillet.
The end result was delicious! I’ve never had reheated Chinese food taste so good. The grill added just a hint of smokiness that really worked well with the flavors.
Whelp, that’s it!
