Day 76- Steak and Peppers

005Ah, this warm weather is making my winter grilling much much more comfortable than expected. Today I ran over to Andy’s to figure out what to grill.

The have a very small meat selection so my options are always small. I spotted some sliced beef for stir fry. I grabbed a red, yellow pepper and a box of rice and off I went.



I didn’t really make a stir fry just something similar. I sliced the peppers and onions, then put them on the grill first. After a few minutes of cooking I added the steak.

While the grilling was going on I started my rice. I’ve had a hard time cooking rice in a pot ever since I accidentally caught my rice cooker cord on fire.

006When the grilling items were good and ready I scooped a cup of rice on a plate and was ready to eat.
