Day 70- Turkey Bacon Egg

Today I made a turkey bacon egg sandwich, the egg cooked on the grill. It’s starting to get very awkward grilling, for me at least. Dodging neighbors, trying to get done without being seen.
They have to be wondering why we grill everyday, literally everyday!!!!
So, today it took me forever to start the grill, finally I just covered the coals in lighter fluid and got the party started.
I always jump the gun and put the food on the grill before the coals are really hot. Since today I was cooking the egg in the skillet, I didn’t wait for the skillet to get hot enough. So, my egg took quite a while to cook.
About 20 mins.
For a freaking egg.
Also, the spatula was in the dishwasher so I had to use the fish spatula. That’s why the egg looks messy, I couldn’t flip it very well.
After I finally got the egg flipped over I put a piece of provolone cheese over it and shut the grill lid.
After a couple of minutes the cheese was all melted; a little too melted.
Once again I realized that I had made my sandwich upside down. Although it looked strange it still tasted delicious!
Thanks for reading!
