Well one thing that didn’t make it to the Thanksgiving table on Thursday were Kurt’s sweet potatoes. Which was quite alright considering all the other food he made.
Being lazy, and it also only being in the low 30’s, I took a short cut and finished what Kurt started.
Nothing flashy here, just roasted sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar.
Quite tasty, if I do say so myself.
Sorry for the short post, but I have to get to work.
