There’s nothing exciting about this meal.
It’s scrambled eggs.
It’s eggs whipped with a little heavy cream.
It’s eggs whipped with heavy cream that I doused in Sriracha.
I was tired.
I didn’t want to do anything that would require too much concentration or skill.
So, once again, I used the cast-iron.
It never lets me down.
As I’ve written before, I love eggs any way I can get them, and scrambled is one of my favorite.
It was how my mom made them when I was a little guy.
Tomorrow, Jenny will cook, then it’s Thanksgiving.
My favorite holiday.
And you damn well know we’re grilling that turkey.
