Day Sixty-One: Pork Rib Chops

I like pork a lot. I eat pork at least five times a week. Veganism/vegetarianism is ridiculous.
I used to consider vegans soulless and in need of a good yelling-at, but if they can live a life without good food, I figure that’s punishment enough.
That said, I’m a big fan of the rib chop.
They don’t show up at stores like Jewel very often (where I had to shop after work on Sunday), so I bought two.
I had garlic at home, as well as dried thyme.
That was all I needed.
Those ingredients went into a bowl with a drizzle of canola oil and salt and pepper.
Fifteen minutes later they were ready to eat.
And eaten they were.
Eat pork, everyone.
Please.
