Day 60- Baked Salmon w/Grilled Peppers

Day 60, only 305 to go…
What a busy day at the Dey/Tarpley home. First, the painting company showed up at 9 a.m. to paint the ceiling and trim. We went to bed at 4:00 am.
Ouch.
While the painting was going on, Sears came on two separate occasions. The first to install our new microwave and second to install our new oven. BTW they are gorgeous!
Now that we have a new and working oven, I decided to bake the salmon instead of grilling it, so l grilled the vegetables instead; yellow peppers.
The peppers don’t take long to grill, so while the coals were getting hot, I prepped my salmon. Then, skin side down, I sauteed the salmon in butter then threw it in the oven.
I like my salmon on the medium to medium well side. I was really in a rush to get this done so I could put in some time at the gym before work. And to my surprise the peppers were taking forever!
The peppers didn’t cook as well as I wanted them to but I had to go so I ate them as is.
