I was craving french onion soup from Panera but since it feel like Spring, I wanted chicken wings! So I decided to make sticky balsamic wings.
I let the wings marinade for about an hour (one episode of SVU on DVR) and then put them in foil with the marinade. I wanted them to soak up as much flavor as possible while on the grill.
I let them cook in the foil for about 20 mins then threw them on the grill for a little char. I would have left them on longer for a better crust, but I was starving.
So I ate them.
