Day 52. Too bad it isn’t week 52!
Today I did another healthy alternative to fried buffalo wings; a buffalo chicken salad. It had everything a basket of buffalo wings would have except the oil! Instead of dropping wings in a basket of oil, a nice skinless, boneless breast on the grill will do.
First, I marinaded the chicken in buffalo sauce, then threw it right on the grill.
If you want really spicy, then you should keep applying more buffalo sauce as it grills. Or soak the chicken in more buffalo sauce when it’s done cooking.
I took mine to work with me, so I added the dressing on later. Obviously, your two best choices in dressings are either blue cheese or ranch.
Just enjoy your yummy low calorie meal!
