Day Forty-Eight: Beef Skewers

I love steak.
So does Jenny.
We cook hulking ribeyes at least once a week.
Then we pass out on couches while Bobby watches.
I’ve always loved skewers. Beef, chicken, shrimp; there are essentially no proteins you can’t stab and cook with whatever else you want on there.
And they take no time at all to assemble, cook, and eat.
Sometimes I get the most enjoyment out of eating food that I’ve been eating for years.
Skewers are something that remind me (and probably you) of backyard barbecues with family and friends. They’re timeless.
Even when you eat them indoors because it’s in the upper thirties outside.
