I made a red wine marinade for my lamb and let it soak for an hour. While my lamb was marinading I made an unrelated beef stew and some bacon and egg; just one egg.
I was going to make a side for my dish but I had already made a big enough mess and scrapped the idea. I’ve never grilled lamb chops before and I knew they wouldn’t be as good as Kurt’s but I figured I’d try.
After they marinated I threw them on the pipping hot grill. I let them sear on each side for about seven minutes, I like my lamb pretty rare.
They turned out great!
