Day 39- Wing Salad

Eating chicken wings doesn’t have to be a caveman-like event, it can be classy!

So, Sunday I made a salad with chicken from the chicken wing. I tossed the wings in some oil, salt, pepper, chili powder and paprika, then threw them on the grill.

I wanted a nice crispy char on the skin, to add a little crunch to the salad. When the wings were done I ripped the meat off like a caveman!

It was very hard not to just gobble up the pile of tender and juicy meat that was in front of me, but I resisted and put it all on top of the lettuce.

I didn’t have anything else to add, so I went to work and finished it there. In the kitchen at work I grabbed cheese, cucumbers, tomato, an egg and balsamic dressing.

We’ve done a lot of chicken lately but were switching it up starting with Monday’s project.
