I went to Coobah, Kurt’s restaurant, for cocktails and snacks with my friend Rita and her family. So, I decided to wait till he got home to cook.
We did a very simple salmon on the grill, salt, oil and lemon. And then in just a few minutes it was ready to eat!
I only got a bite since I ate early at Coobah and told Kurt he could have it for dinner. I wanted more but I was being nice and let Kurt wolf it down as I sat by and watched.
It was good!
We’ll do more fish and seafood soon.
