Day 31-Wino Chicken

This funky weather has now put Kurt out of commission! Just as I’m slowly getting over my cold his begins. Since I’ve been drinking nothing but hot tea and water the passed few days I got my chicken drunk.
I marinated a boneless skinless breast in white wine and an assortment of herbs. I let it soak for about a half an hour then put it on the grill.
This dish is much healthier than yesterdays Juicy Lucy, that’s for sure. If you wanna fatten up, serve it over pasta in a buttery wine sauce! To keep it healthy, serve with green beans and some wild rice.
When I went to flip the breast our good friend rain was starting to come down, again. What is this Seattle!?
